In conjunction with SCAG and the SBCCOG, Wilbur Smith and Associates conducted this 2002 study of the Harbor Subdivision.&amp;nbsp; Since the opening of the Alameda Corridor, operations in the Harbor Subdivision have been projected to significantly change.&amp;nbsp; This study focused on identifying rail volume that remains in the subdivision, as well as its impact on future traffic levels and the associated need for grade crossing improvements.</description>
