The South Bay Cities Council of Governments (SBCCOG) is seeking consultant services to develop an Implementation Plan and provide Program/Project Management for the South Bay Measure R Highway Program. The deadline for submittal is 5:00 p.m. on May 18, 2010
Proposals must be submitted in electronic format to kfuent@aol.com, as well as ten (10) hard copies, one (1) unbound, nine (9) bound) copies to be hand delivered to the following address by close of business (5:00 PM) May 18, 2010.
