INFRASTRUCTURE WORKING GROUP LUNCH MEETING

 

DATE:          Wednesday, August 26, 2009 from 11:30 A.M. – 1:30 P.M.

TIME:           Social & order lunch 11:30 to 11:50 AM   Meeting – 12:00 to 1:30 PM

Cost of lunch, including soft drinks, coffee, dessert, and tip, is $25.00 per person.  Payment will be collected during the meeting. Lunch selection will be available at the meeting.

·         Congestion Mitigation Fee (CMP) South Bay Pilot Study – Robert Calix, Metro

Metro staff will demonstrate Metro’s new software tool that will be available to cities to identify transportation projects and conduct “what if” revenue scenarios.

·         Measure R Funding Guidelines – Susan Richan, Metro

Susan will review the draft Measure R Funding Guidelines.  A draft of the guidelines will be distributed prior to this meeting for cities to review. (I will send in separate e-mail.)  Please come prepared to ask questions and provide comments..
