Call for Nominations - Metro S.B. Transit Sector Governance Council
Listed below, please find the call for nominations application for the Metro South Bay Sector Governance Council. There are currently 9 members on the Council and the terms of 4 of them are expiring. There is also one (1) vacancy. Metro has given the responsibility of nominating Governance Council members to the COGs. Metro has also always accepted the nominations made by the SBCCOG. The attached memo explains the issue, the procedures, and the schedule. Nominations will be due to Jacki Bacharach by Thursday, November 1 @ 5 pm. They can come from anywhere in the South Bay but should be for people that are willing to ride and become familiar with our South Bay transit. Please send your thoughts and recommendations, along with applications to jacki@southbaycities.org
