Annual Legislative Agenda Revisions

The Legislative Committee is in the process of updating the Annual Legislative Agenda.  This document is used to guide the SBCCOG in taking positions on legislation and each year it is reviewed and updated.  The working draft is actually the 2006 Adopted Legislative agenda with highlighted sections showing comments made by the Legislative Committee in their first review of the document at their last meeting.

The working draft is currently being circulated to cities and SBCCOG committees and working groups for comments. The Legislative Committee will be reviewing the Annual Legislative Agenda at their next meeting which is on January 16, 2007 and will be making a recommendation to the Board for adoption at the January 25, 2007 Board meeting
