California Legislature Passes Landmark Regulatory and Consumer Protection Framework for PACE Financing

Recently Governor Jerry Brown signed into law two pieces of landmark PACE legislation. SB 242 and AB 1284 provide a comprehensive suite of consumer protections and enforcement tools, and create a new regulatory framework under the California Department of Business Oversight (DBO).
